A keratin treatment can transform frizzy, unruly hair into smooth, silky locks, making it a popular choice for many people in Pakistan. However, to maintain the results of your keratin treatment, it is important to take proper care of your hair after the treatment. In this article, we will discuss some tips for hair care after a keratin treatment in Pakistan.

Avoid Washing Your Hair for 48 Hours After a keratin treatment, it is essential to avoid washing your hair for at least 48 hours. This allows the keratin to fully penetrate and bond with your hair, ensuring longer-lasting results.

How to Care for Your Hair After a Keratin Treatment

Use Sulfate-Free Shampoo and Conditioner To extend the life of your keratin treatment, it is recommended to use sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Sulfates can strip the keratin from your hair, causing it to lose its smoothness and shine.

Protect Your Hair from Heat Heat can also damage your keratin-treated hair, so it is important to use a heat protectant spray or serum before using any heat styling tools.

Avoid Chlorine and Saltwater Chlorine and saltwater can also strip the keratin from your hair, so it is best to avoid swimming in chlorinated or saltwater pools. If you do swim, it is recommended to wear a swim cap and rinse your hair with fresh water immediately after.

Schedule Regular Trims To keep your hair healthy and prevent split ends, it is important to schedule regular trims every six to eight weeks.

Conclusion: With proper care, a keratin treatment can keep your hair smooth and silky for up to six months. By following these simple tips for hair care after a keratin treatment in Pakistan, you can extend the life of your treatment and keep your hair looking healthy and beautiful.

What should be done for health and strong bones of four year baby boy

HOW TO MAKE STRONG BONES OF MY BABY

1. Make sure your baby is getting enough calcium and vitamin D from their diet. The adequate intake for children between the ages of 1-3 is 700 milligrams of calcium and 400 IU of vitamin D per day. Good sources of calcium include dairy products such as milk, yogurt, and cheese; green leafy vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, and kale; and calcium-fortified foods such as orange juice and breakfast cereals. Vitamin D can be found in foods such as egg yolks, fatty fish, and fortified milk and cereals.

 2. Encourage your child to be physically active. Weight-bearing activities such as walking, running, and jumping help to strengthen the bones.

 3. Limit screen time to no more than two hours per day. Spending too much time in front of a screen can decrease the amount of time your child spends being physically active.

4. Make sure your child is getting enough sleep. Sleep helps the body to recover and recharge, which is important for healthy bones.

5. Make sure your child is eating a healthy, balanced diet. Eating a variety of nutrient-dense foods will ensure your child is getting all the vitamins and minerals they need for strong bones.
